About handling applicants’ personal information
Shinwa Kasei (hereinafter called we) handles personal information obtained from applicants for our job positions (hereinafter called applicants) in the following ways:
- Obtaining personal information
We require applicants to offer their personal information which is necessary for employment screening and the procedure to join our company. If applicants refuse to offer their personal information, they will be deleted from our list of applicants.
- Use of personal information
We will use each applicant's personal Information only for the employment screening and internal personnel management.
- Personal information management
We will store and manage our applicant's personal information with appropriate safety countermeasures according to the law to avoid information leakage. After selection of workers, we will store and manage the personal information of selected persons as our employees' personal information. Personal information from those who aren't selected will be returned .

Please understand that the employment screening standards and contents of the evaluation can't be disclosed.
