Nylon wheels are well balanced products, however, they may suffer from steadiness and cushioning problems during their operation. To solve these problems, urethane wheels were produced. For urethane wheels, a composite molding method is used, by mixing the tires（flexible macromolecule material) and the wheels (rigid macromolecule material). Depending on the mixing materials, various characteristics including steadiness and other benefits appear. This expands the range of the use of application. In the future, urethane wheels will overtake nylon wheels in the caster market.
